Rivers Polyurethane soles are covered by the Rivers Sole Guarantee for a period of 12 months or 20,000km, whichever comes first.

We will stand behind the quality of our polyurethane soles by giving you the security of knowing that if you sole wears out within the first 12 months of wear, we will resole it for you free.

The Rivers Sole Guarantee only applies to current products and does not apply to products purchased from the Online Clearance Shop. This does not in any way affect or override any statutory warranty that you may have under the Trade Practices Act 1974 or equivalent State or Territory legislation.
