    Your order will be delivered to your nominated address and a signature will be required (if you are not home a calling card will be left advising which post office to collect your parcel from)

    Authority to leave

    If you are not home your parcel will be left at your front door with no signature required (Rivers cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier).

    If you change your mind, we are happy to provide a refund, exchange or gift voucher within 30 days of purchase provided they are NOT final sale, unused condition, accompanied by original tags and a valid original receipt.
